The page has so many problems:

Why They Suck They cry. A lot. It can be very aggravating listening to that when caring for them, and can lead to one giving up. (Duh. They are babies)

It takes forever to stop trying to cheer up the baby if you play the minigame, and win or lose, all you get is a gift to use on a Mii. (Age-o-matic, Bath set, etc.) (It is easy once you get used to it.)

Sometimes, the parents will call the player to care for the baby saying "{Mii} just won't stop crying.", and it is unskippable. This is especially a problem if your 3DS or PC has a low battery and you really need to save. (Hypothetical situation.)

Sometimes, when the baby is first born, it can look odd, ugly, or like the opposite gender. For example, a baby girl may look like a boy, or a baby boy may have makeup and blush. (Genetics. Babies share genes with both parents. Besides, you can edit the baby.)

If playing on an emulator, your game will usually crash when caring for them, as caring for babies has features only a 3DS can handle. (BS. I can do it on an emulator.)

Once a baby grows up, you can send it off to be a traveler. However, there is a very high chance of the traveler getting erased, as a player may delete their save file, or reach the limit for travelers, which deletes the traveler. (Nonsense.)

Babies on Day 2 and 3 are especially annoying to care for, as in the tickling/peekaboo minigame, the baby Mii rarely be happy with what you do, and they move away when trying to tickle them sometimes. (It only has four possible options, and it is easy to figure it out.)

There is glitch that will cause constant Mii calls from parents for there grown kids even if you didn't know they even exist. (Makes no sense.)

Redeeming Qualities As said before, grownup babies can be used to exchange travelers in between islands via StreetPass, and only grownup babies can be travelers, not Islanders. (Entirely irrelevant.)

They can also live on your island once they grow up, if you don't like StreetPass or want them to live on your island. (Yup.)

If a couple has a baby on Tomodachi Life, they cannot divorce for 6 days, and this is the only way to prevent divorces. (That is true.)

A baby's personality and name are fully customizable. (It is a very nice feature.)

You can toggle babies on or off in the settings menu of the town hall. (Sure... but why is this a redeeming quality?)

Once they are almost grown-up (4-5 days old), they cry much less, are overall less annoying and needy. (You cant even classify them as babies.)

Tomodachi Life is a life simulation game. A married couple having a baby is like a milestone. Because of this game being a life simulation, of course babies are going to cry. Of course they will be annoying. All I can say is, whoever made this page must hate this feature. Delete it now because most of the pointers are nitpicks.
