Dark Matter Spirit Battle (Super Smash Bros. Ultimate)

The Dark Matter spirit battle is a Legend-Class spirit battle that pits you against a King Dedede and Meta Knight AI. It was heavily disliked for its extreme difficulty.

Something not even Kirby could handle. Too dark to handle.

Why It's Too Dark

1. The player character has to literally defeat 2 Kirby Fighters (Meta Knight and King Dedede), and they are well known for being too OP here.
2. First you have to fight King Dedede, and he hits like a truck, especially with his hammer attacks.
3. A Nightmare assist trophy will appear and try to blind the screen, and that will make the player character mess up.
4. After taking some damage dealt by King Dedede's blows, you have to fight a Meta Knight. To add more salt on the wound, Meta Knight has 160 HP.
5. They can also land critical hits at random.
6. They both wield melee weapons, and they have increased attack power.

Redeeming Qualities

1. It's worth sparing from the unbearable pain considering that it is an Attack-Type, and it becomes super powerful at Lvl. 99, and leaves you 3 support spirit slots.
2. King Dedede starts the battle with 80 HP, which is less than your 120 HP.

Tips

1: You can use a Bob-Omb wielding spirit, since it takes a lot of health from foes when used, and you can use it on the King Dedede AI to make defeating him easier.
