Galacta Knight (Kirby)

From Atrocious Gameplay Wiki

Galacta Knight is a recurring boss in the Kirby franchise, first appearing in Kirby Super Star Ultra, and other games after, and he was hated for being a MEGA difficulty spike.

*Insert Pchooly Rage noises here*

Why He Sucks

  1. He is arguably the HARDEST boss in the Kirby series ever since he appeared in Kirby Super Star Ultra, even worse than other ones like Soul of Sectonia and the 3 Mage-Sisters.
  2. He has an arsenal of attacks at his disposal, and those attacks are very powerful.
  3. Sometimes when you are about to use a strong attack, he just pulls a prank on you by backing up, making it less effective to use Kirby's Hammer Flip and other moves.
  4. He has an attack where he shoots a laser that goes in a circle and is very fast.
  5. He can also cause flames to come out of the ground which damages Kirby or Meta Knight if touched.
  6. Like Meta Knight when he's a boss, he can also make a literal tornado just by stabbing the ground. If Kirby or Meta Knight don't make it in time, they get caught by the tornado and get slammed on the floor.
  7. In Kirby's Return to Dream Land, he can make arrows rain on you, and even go in the background while doing so.
  8. In Super Kirby Clash, his famous "Galacta Knight" name is trashed and is changed to "Aeon Hero" which makes no sense since he is a villian.
  9. He is also granted Light and Dark forms in Super Kirby Clash, which are way worse than his normal form.
  10. In Kirby: Planet Robobot he gains this new attack where he cuts through the background and then it fires a megalaser at you.
  11. In The True Arena, when you defeat him, you have to fight the true final boss, which is absurd and unfair since you took a lot of damage in the process.
  12. In Kirby Star Allies, he served absolutely no purpose in that game other than to transform into Morpho Knight.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. Like Giga Bowser and Dark Beast Ganon, Galacta Knight's design is FREAKING AWESOME.
  2. Awesome music that plays when fighting him.
  3. He has an attack where he creates a shockwave, which is short and easy to dodge unlike other attacks.
  4. Ever since he appeared in Kirby Super Star Ultra, he has become a fan-favorite character.
