M. Bison (Street Fighter 2)

From Atrocious Gameplay Wiki

M. Bison is the main antagonist in the Street Fighter games (except for the first one.) This page will focus on the Street Fighter 2 variant in the single player mode.

Game play

The fight against Bison is the final boss of the single player mode. He will rapidly attack you and will attempt to force you in to a defensive play style, which is exactly what Bison wants you to do. Bison works very well against everything defense, so make sure you don't play it like a normal fight.

Why it sucks

  1. This fight is incredibly unfair, simply because of how the A.I. works in SF2. The A.I. can throw out hold-input attacks instantly, and you better believe the A.I. abuses that!
  2. Additionally, all of Bison's special moves are hold-inputs, so they are all very strong.
  3. All of Bison's inputs basically force you into a defensive play style on top of being spammable.
  4. The entire "challenge" is based off an unfair advantage the A.I. gets. If you are also playing Bison for this fight, your playing at a constant disadvantage!

Redeeming Qualities

  1. The idea of the fight is creative

  1. Don't get hit by his inputs.
  2. Don't play defensive.
